I thought a black hole was a side effect, and not so much the plan of the day.

Still, I don't see why it would develop into anything that would last for very long at all. Too small, and wouldn't really have anything to gobble up.

Should be interesting. I have been following up on CERN, the LHC and all those sorts of things for quite a while (mostly in free time in business lessons hehe)

I bet my physics teacher will be curious too... he is very good with this sort of thing and has a great interest in it too.

It wouldn't be the first time Bob :)

They are trying to reach enough energy as much as it can ,enough to Join the 4 forces of nature into a single one as the early stages of the first moment of creation a a single force and I think its called electroweak force

in the mother nature is all a matter of uncertainty principle , Particles can be measure in two stages at the same time as a wave or as a particle, once you Open the Box  of the cat ,you collapse the wave of the function ..

:-? I wonder who collide the particle that once was our universe with the size of an atom? or smaller  :-?

One thing I know for sure ,Thursday we will be all here ,the earth won't be eat by a black hole  ;D ,They are literaly Not making a black Hole ,That's Impossible for the human being, to create an infinitive mass ,even the size of a quark requires much more than the whole mass of the solar system ..

only enough energy by colliding matter and antimatter ,and see the behave by its collisions ..

I'm on the laptop far away from home ,Im using a laptop ,I only connect for couple minutes (Too  expencive :o) and By a huge Coincidence I was reading some quantum mechanics articles around and save them ,to read them all calm down ,in the Jungle LOL..

I find some interesting articles of the Father of Quantum mechanics here ,if you want to read

This sounds very interesting. I would love to see what they come up with.

I'm not worried since "wendsday" is on none of my calendars. ;) ;D

Yesterday, we sailed o'er the edge of a pancake Earth;
Today,  we sail around a globe...
Tomorrow, we're the coating on a donut...

The Swiss are well known experts at:

(a) Making Swiss Cheese.
(b) Avoiding getting involved in wars.
(c) Blowing up the Earth.
