the over reaction from Rom was only to be expected

I over reacted and it "was only to be expected"?

Seems as though there is a problem brewing if I'm expected to over react to posts. When certain people overreacting to an innocent post and then say I'm causing the problem, maybe it's time for me to stop posting if it's going to cause people such distress and reason for such asinine assumptions.

The assumption that someone is going to over react to a reply in a post is being a little presumptuous and should then bring into question the wording of any reply..just a personal opinion of course.

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

It's not my intent to join a gang-up on commoner: it just happens to be that he's the only one with the adversarial post. There's been a thread section relative to this in one of the Humour posts.
Much of my youth was on a farm and I sometimes helped my dad in his part-time work at the vet(erinarian's) kennels and stables; I've had quite a few cats and dogs in my early life as well as cattle, horses, chickens, geese and have been in proximity to a number of wild creatures. As I mentioned in the other thread, individualism is not restricted to our species but, like with humans, there are generalities. In that respect, the most gentle dogs I've known were the largest (also the slobbiest when they place their jowls on you): St. Bernard, Husky (Siberians and Malamute) -- it isn't fair to add wolves because I've only interacted with one; Boxers are friendly but, generally, high-strung and might cause a youngster injury by unattentive accident without specific training. Out of the creatures I've mentioned the most intentionally dangerous are geese -- even then, a goose can be trained on an individual basis if banged in the head enough or the beak falls off.
However, what does this all mean? If you're needing a babysitter and you're satisfied with leaving your infant in the intellectual care of a five-year-old or younger, it's admittedly better than leaving your infant in the care of a perverted human animal...

My nephew grew up with "his" dog, and that dog protects him like he's his puppy.  They are both now 12 years old, and are best friends.  I wish I had seen the original post before it had been deleted.

Don't stop posting because of this, Rom. Now that would be an over reaction. ;)

I probably won't, I just got extremely po'ed at the presumptuous comment made about me by someone that doesn't know me from Adam.
