The Free iPod Myth

Everyone knows the ads at the top of the page:
FREE IPODS
Well, I decided to wonder if these things were really true out of personal curiosity. So I found one that put me in a site that showed me how and the proof it works.

Very interesting and reading more it looked legit. So I go...hmm this would be an interesting thing to try/prove and maybe even snag an iPod...what have I got to lose? Parental Approval....check because no junk mail / emails. Finished the offer but now need the darned referals. Harder than you think... well anyways if anyone could please help out all you have to do is sign up through the link in my sig and sign up for netflix or lovefilms (UK)
If I do get the "free" iPod, I will post a vid of me and my new "free" iPod. If not I will know never to be curious again ;D
Also I would like to know your opinion on if you think they might actually work after watching the BBC Nightly video above. :)

The catch is you get the prize free, but you have to accept a number of those product trials, demos and offerings before you get you prize. Then by that point they would have made enough money from those ads to buy three Ipod's. Remember nothings free.  ;)

That, and you'll get tons of spam at least from those other products you have to try before they send you the I-pod, and since they would then have your mailing address so you can get the thing, expect TONS of junk mail!

It's best to stay away from any and all ads on webpages, unless you are absolutely sure what you are getting in to.

All are right. But I have been signed up for a week and no junkmail or spam. Our family is dropping cable and signing up for Netflix anyways so that completes a worry free offer. I'll see how it turns out.

iPod Touch 8Gb. I'm actually using a site called Getref to get my refs because I now realize I think it is rude to ask people to sign up for something. 9 refs for the iPod.
