Even I don't think anyone falling off the roof of the Houses of Parliament would be in a position to sue. Even a daredevil type like Richard Hannay would struggle to survive a fall like that!

interesting nonetheless... I've been against the O'Hare expansion from the start... but apparently Daley refuses to care about the 20 suburbs going to be affected by this...
