With cat-like dexterity

The criminal fraternity is putting in an amazing performance of rampant stupidity already this year in the hopes of nabbing a Darwin, this guy deserves a runner up award (providing he can walk well enough to collect it) ;D

As Einstein so amply put it, "Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."  ::)

In the US he'd be able to sue the owner of that fence and cash in on the injury.   ::)

True.

We were told by the police we couldn't put barbed wire on our wall incase the yobs (breaking our windows, trashing our garden, de-roofing our house etc etc) cut their hands or back sides when on the wall. I'm in the UK, so I can easily believe that for the US.

Lol on my holiday in Texas me and my friends wanted to go fishing. My friend told me of a great place, but unfortunately not long ago the owner had stopped all fishing on his grounds and forbidden any unauthorised entry. I said to my friend, what happens if we go anyway. He said well you might get shot. :-/ It left a weird feeling in me; he said it so casually. I haven't ever heard anyone getting shot or even stabbed in the UK for tresspass on land. ::) When you just aren't used to guns, it just doesn't seem real.

My friend put some paint mines in front of his garage to stop his bike being stolen AGAIN. The police said it was really easy to identify the idiots walking around covered in bright red paint that didn't wash out and when they tried to sue the magistrate pointed out that nobody forced them onto my friends property and that they didn't have a leg to stand on and he fined them for contempt ;D

Brilliant. Why can't we have such sense in our courts? I have read a number of things you have said about Hungary. Seems like they know what the dictionary states under the word "justice". I don't blame our judges, they can only act within the power given to them by the government and that also means acting on laws passed; like all the many human rights of criminals....
Wait, I'm getting political. STOP!!!!!!!!

This was in the UK! In Hungary justice depends on your political contacts.... which is why the nice lady who stole all my money and didn't build my house didn't go to prison. Nice that the ex-mayor was her schoolmate... justice at work ::)

Oh funny that. Very surprised. :-/ Kinda makes me look silly!

I was obviously mistaken about Hungary.  ::) At least that is something to be said for the UK judiciary; to a large degree it is free from corruption (at least for your average criminal).

Your frind was being overly dramatic.  Most Texans are too drunk to hit what they're aiming at so the chances of getting shot are quite low.  Being shot at on the other hand...  :)
