considering the high temps and humid conditions associated with rainforests, it sounds to me either global warming is really a load of poop, or the dinosaurs mastered the internal combustion engine and a differential long before Ford were created and Enzo was a wide eyed boy with a dream.

55 million years ago France was in a different place from where it is now.  Unless ofcourse you don't believe in plate techtonics either.

Global warming is real.  It's been happening since the end of the last ice age.  The debate is on whether humans are influencing it and/or how much.  I personally don't buy that humans are playing a large role but the warming itself is hard to deny.  (Of course there are some who claim evolution is a myth...)

Offcourse there was a jungle in france, The Netherlands probably once was in the place were Suriname is now, so france wouldnt have been far away from there either. Not so strange that it once was the habitat for a rainforest then.

Considering interaction around the world, there'd obviously be cause for confusion on the matter... contrarily, I've known a few dimwitted apes whose parents were both human.
Similarly, France isn't the only country in which some portion thereof is still called jungle.

we haven't been recording weather (or been on earth for that matter) long enough to say there is (or isn't) global warming. The earth is 4.5 billion years old (thats 4,500,000,000 years) humans have been on earth for at the most 100,000 years!!! Humans have been on earth for 0.22% of earths life!!!! And we have only just begun recording the climate!!!!!

As far as global warming, it my be real, it may not be, either way were all going to be dead from WW3 before global warming is a major threat  ;)

I don't know if were causing the heat or weird weather or whatever, but I think we've at least put more CO2 into the air with how many bloody people we have on the planet now!  Its not the cars that have done it, its the 6billion+ people all taking deep breaths!
