In 2006, someone had one of these hanging from their pickup's hitch in a NH Wal-Mart parking lot and a bumper sticker, "Keep off my A$$!"
Obviously, someone got too close and he'd hit the brakes.
Not something I'd want dangling out in the elements from my vehicle, however.
