here in colorado a man is sueing a 8 year old kid who accidentialy broke his leg by running into him while skiing, the lawsuit is for $75,000,

At least it makes more sense than suing the onwer of the ski resort or the maker of the skis, or the radio station that advertised the lift tickets, or...

The problem is a basic lack of personal accountability.  The guy went skiing willingly.  Anyone who's ever ski'd knows it's a dangerous activity and you can hurt yourself.  He should just suck it up.

I bet the 8 year old kid's parents are loaded.

Of course, if the French actually did drop a bomb on them, then that would be a very humiliating death. I can just see all the lawyers lined up at the pearly gates (or probably the other gates) with St. Peter (or the other guy) pointing and laughing saying  "Ha ha, you got killed by the French!".
