But the point is the herc takes ages to get there, while the 160 can get there quick, slow down to drop the bomb, and fly off at speed.

Plus, the tupolev looks undeniably deadlier  ;D

now im not a techinition or anything, but it seems to me in the video that the bomb is sliding away then falls down, and it seems they havent exploited the bombs full potential.

There is a pre mushroom cloud (the flammable part) that was distributed by an explosion, then another explosion to set the cloud ablaze.   I would have the "44 tonnes"  of fluid explode well above the target area as to saturate as much as possible not just the metal pipe off the end of say a BLU-82 "daisy cutter"

The Tsar Bomba was a nuclear weapon - this new bomb is a bog-standard (although more powerful ) bomb

It had the theoretical potential to go up to 100 megatons... but they only ever tested it up to 50... trust me, I recently did a project in school on it... a cheery subject....

They have one, it is called the An-2. Not fast enough to show up on doppler radar and not enough metal to appear on a skin paint. The worlds first true stealth plane in military service

The MOAB is deliverred by a slow Herc, while the russian one fits in the Tu-160 (that can do Mach 1 at low altitude)

True, but a bomb that size will not be dropped at Mach one. Looking at that video, it is not all that aerodynamic looking. Even a TU-160 will have to go at Herc speeds because if he does not, the bomb will only have exited a few inches before it hits the air stream and is then ripped out of the belly of the aircraft, taking large bits of aircraft with it.

I think the platform speed is more important when it comes to getting the bomb on site than it does actual delivery speeds.  A cave type hideout is unlikely to be heavily defended from air attack so even a Herc should be able to deliver on these things, but it would take some time to get the Herc in the area during which the baddies may escape.
