Dress him up as a dog and ask him to bite the postman - that'll sort the problem (with a one way trip to the vet). Scum, and god knows what his parents are like letting him behave like that... Imagine him in 8-10 years. ::)

Let me get this straight.  The kid gets caught vandalizing, assaulting people, etc and all he gets is a court order to not do it again?  No time in detention, no "scared straight" program, no youth boot-camp style jail?  What country is this?  Because if this were the USA the high rate of gun ownership would probably have prevented this kid from reaching his 12th birthday.  They'd jail him for his own protection.

4ft 5in Clinch committed at least 60 offences in Little Lever near Bolton.


It took that long to bring him down? :o

Not much the Police can do with a 10 year old. Do anything and some human rights lawyer would be on their backs...
