If what I read about him is true Rupert Murdoch & Fox News are the same thing.

You're making a leap of logic.  If you can substanciate that Fox News conducts itself in the way the Murdoch is accused of behaving, then that would be sound logic.  But I haven't seen any such substanciation in any of the comments critical to Fox News.  All I've seen so far are unsubstanciated accusations.
