That's it. You pinpointed it very well. I give the credit to you and bonair22.Hmmmmm...........
Both ends have customs checkpoints so that mean the bridge is between two countries that share a common border. That means it is probably at either the Texas - Mexico border or the Canada - US border.
Little or no traffic means the bridge was not in extensive use when the shot was taken. That rules out most on the Texas - Mexico bridges.
That leaves the Canada - US border.
The river is to narrow and in the wrong direction for any of the Canada - Michigan crossings so that leaves the Canada - New York crossings.
The river channel suggests the river is flowing quickly so that must mean the photo is of the bridge crossing the Niagara river just south of the Niagara Falls connecting Niagara Falls, New York and Niagara Falls, Canada.
Oh ... the name of the bridge is the Rainbow Bridge.
I'm guessing this is;
a) a complete waste of time.
b) a form of pointless spam
remember kids, the bigger post count you have the bigger your dong!

This is not a waste of time and a form of pointless spam. This is something to test your brain. To see if you know your landmarks from above. If you learn to recongnise these landmarks then that makes you smarter.I'm guessing this is;
