I don't see the pleasure in flying a model jet airliner of any scale. Not a lot you can do with it except take off, fly a circuit & land it.


Very true. I'd rather have something like a Vulcan which can actually be thrown around a bit!

I agree that would be more interesting. I seem to remember seeing a large-scale Vulcan somewhere. I would like to try a few Alex Henshaw antics with a large-scale model Lancaster. Now that would be fun. ;)

There a video of a vulcan on youtube of one but, it crashed :-[

well i guess u could make any rc to the size of the 747, c-17, and A380. The scale just needs to be different. You could make a , lets say, 9/10ths scale extra 300, and it would probably be bigger than the first 3.

well i guess u could make any rc to the size of the 747, c-17, and A380. The scale just needs to be different. You could make a , lets say, 9/10ths scale extra 300, and it would probably be bigger than the first 3.

I saw something on TV a few years ago about a guy who made a large scale Pitt Special.  The plane was big enough that a three year old kid probably could comfortably fit in the cockpit.

:-? Is the same size as a real small cessna172, and I bet more expencive though, I rather buy a real plane ;)
