TS Servers

Postby concordepilot » Tue May 22, 2007 11:04 am

I need to get my TS server to work for my VA. I have made the server and got the I.P but no one can connect but I can. I don't know what is wrong. I am using a router now (thanks to my dad  >:() and we have done everything we have been told to do but it just isn't letting other people connect.

I.P is 86.137.142.81

Any ideas?

Not very good at stuff like this, but aren't IP's that start 192.168 only available on the host pc?

So that you (concordepilot) can access it but no-one else can.

Like with a router if you enter 192.168.1.1 its normally your router page, and if i put the same address in here i will get my rounter page.

Hope that makes some sense, if im wrong then ill roll my sleeve up for a marmalade injection :D

I am a part of FTL!! I like flying with them when no one is about. I have been offered by Simon.

I know we had to get a router, but with my modem it kept on changing the I.P but I had no choice about the router.  >:(
