Looks like someone is selling Orbiter Space Flight Simulator, which you can download for free at Orbitersim.com, over at Ebay.

There have been Shuttle and apollo simulators out for a little while, some are very accurate. With a little investment in time you can find and download them for free.
The seeler states "Our download is a compilation of of items in the public domain and no copyrights or laws have been broken." If that isn't a big red flag, I don't know what is. I also imagine the original developers have specific orders against 3rd parties selling the software for profit.
