I think NASCAR is boring because all you do most of the time is just watch cars go round and round for hours. This air racing looks fun to watch though.  :)

The someone doesn't understand racing much, there is a lot more to it than the cars going in circles....

Of course though this year you will see NASCAR slowly rot away, with the onset of the COT a car in which NASCAR still sticks to its gun about creating even and more exciting racing has created the most boring races yet this year.
Proof in point, Bristol, when you have cars running at Bristol single file with one or more car lengths between cars, that is not exciting, Richmond same thing, yesterday at Darlington, the lamest race at the Lady in Black ever........it will be interesting what the COT does at Talledega in the fall if the cars spread out this much at a 1/2 track then one can only guess the lack of excitement.

Point is a fan is not going to go pay to see a race where the cars all get single file on the first lap and who ever is the leader will remain there unless there is a major issue in the pits or their car blows up. And this is already easy to see, when you have more fans at the Bush race the day before the Nextel cup running the COT the following day ;)

I am going to Dover for the September race this year.
It is my cousin's bachelor party and he really is into Nascar.
We have a private bust taking us down there on Saturday for the Busch race, then we have a hotel to stay at that night, then back to the Sunday race!

Should be fun!

Not saying anything except the owners basically ruined my career. I fart in their general direction and despise everything they own.

I would like to hear more if you don't mind?
Did you work at the track?
I don't understand?

who thinks NASCAR should do away with the restrictor plate?  it's supposed to be a saftey device, but there's a whole lotta bumping and grinding going on at daytona and talladega.
