Is it me or does that runway seem a little to small for comfort with a 707 taking off and landing on???  :-?

Is it me or does that runway seem a little to small for comfort with a 707 taking off and landing on???  :-?


With the start extentions it roughly look like around 6000ft for take off, and a little less for landing - and I doubt he takes off from there  with full fuel and a full cabin. :) For comparison, look at places like Lasham or Farnborough (or Southend) in the UK - neither have particularly long runways. :)
