I used to be 10,10 Paul a year ago.
Now I'm about 11,8.
I have one question. If you exercise you build up your muscles and put on weight. Also the more exercise you do the more hungry you are? I have never done so much exercise as in the last year and this is the heaviest I have ever been. :-X Any thoughts anyone?

I'm finding that not only loosing weight clears the pounds, it also clears the mind. I feel a lot more "Refreshed", and i seem to feel more positive and motivated.. .. I don't sound like a lass do i?

All I can remember is that muscle build up wastes away approximately three times faster than it took to put on. Annoying, ain't it.
