I bought an R/C submarine from Wal*Mart a few months ago.  Looking forward to the weather to warm up so I can try it out.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

That space is a bit confining.  But I guess I could verify if it submerges and surfaces.

At least you could give it a go. After I built my Mini Mag, the weather was too bad to fly. My wife felt I was "pushing it a little" when I did a few taxi tests around the living room  :o

So, I got one, and my brother goes and breaks the throttle pot the first day I have it. :( Does anyone know a way to fix it, or where I can get one? ;)

Lucky I was just at walmart, they have none, and what they do have doesen't interest me.  Radio Shack did have a bug looking one but it was like $60 and don't have that much money free for another 2 weeks.

It has a tiny battery built in to it. You recharge it by plugging it into the transmitter.

ya, these rc helis r amazing.

i hav a full fledged 3d heli.  it can fly upside down.  im upgrading it to lipo batteries +brushless motor soon.  the full-control helis seem harder, but once u get the hang of it, there so much more fun, and theres less chance of actually crashing it.

for u home flyers interested in tiny helis with full control, check this out: http://www.buzzflyer.co.uk/Sub-Micro-RC ... /p-97-313/

it may be expensive, but its so cool!
