Those places were quite reasonable when the old man was in charge. Not a bad idea & better than MacDonalds by a long chalk. (Anything is better than MacDonalds. ::)) The Forte empire was taken over by Granada in 1996

I'm impressed by Wikipedia. Must take some updating. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Forte%2C_Baron_Forte

I'm with Fozzer. Little Chef is EVIL! And the prices are criminal and the grub inedible. I always try and find a decent cafe where I can get a pot of tea and a heart attack on a plate without needing a mortgage ;D

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

If the night is cold and you're drunk and hungry, Mc Donald's is better than sex.

Cheeseburger FTW! :D

Little Chef won't be around much longer, about 3 months ago they were wound up as a company, only franchisees will keep the name, and they'll more than likely be phased out soon as well.

No great loss in my opinion.

Edit: No great loss about Little chef, not Lord Forte..  :-X
