That look on the cops face sort of looks like he is a bit more interested in those knickers than he should be...lmao...sort like he's thinking, "Hmm, I bet I'd look good in these! Wonder if my bottom would look fat in these"? or "I hope no one figures out that these are mine".

Hey, didn't someone a few months ago post a link to a video that had cops wearing knickers and stockings that were directing traffic or something? Hmm, a possible link to solving the mystery?
