When will people realise that you don't need your sim to be running at 100FPS to take a good screenshot?! You can be flying around at 1FPS for all anyone else cares, as you're only showing one frame in a screenshot!

Feel bad for you Euro.  :'( I used to have trouble running FS95 (or was it 98?) on my old comp. I would go to the computer stores and drool at the aircraft add-ons for it, but I only had 2 meg hard drive space left. Just to say, been there, done that. Keep your chin up though, you could be playing space invaders on a beat up old garage sale Mattel Intellivision. Actually, I used to do that..a lot.. ;)

I've come in second and third place with my rig. And I have an onboard video card! You just need to work at it.

I've yet to see any proof that you actually use the sim Ben, I don't think you've ever posted a screenshot!

I dont enter either, but that's because Im not eligible (WAY too much payware :P)

Sounds like fun!  I haven't been able to fly in over six months ( :-[) but I still keep up with the forums.  I'm just biding my time until I get a new rig . . . maybe with the cash from this year's Xmas, huh?

Although I would like to get a couple of old school games, like Space Invaders or Pac Man, just to have a little foolish fun! ;)

Don't worry, Euro.  There's plenty of time yet to take shots and get in the comps.  I'm pretty certain they'll be running for awhile . . . :D

Merry Christmas!

I didn't mention that i don't really have time. if i could get on and off the sim in 5 minutes and come out with a great shot, then i would participate more often. I just haven't been home for more than a day for a week. i've got a few days free ahead, maybe i'll enter!

by the way, if me saying Merry Christmas offends anyone, just pm me. i'll stop. by saying that i am not trying to get you to be christian, i'm just greeting you. Happy New Year!

I mildly take offence to that rather negative remark.

I've posted some screenshots, but because they were substandard I didn't have the heart to post them. I just don't usually post many of them. If you want to check my flight times, look over at Livewire Airlines. ;) I am high up in the management team there. It's not much over a couple of years - but I don't have time to fly much.

As I have said already, the majority of contestants have barely been here too long and many are unknown here.
