I think he means that MySpace (or whatever) is not much different from this forum. The same thought had occurred to me.

I don't personally have a myspace and probably never will. I am a member of a group called the Monks keepers of the faith. And we have a myspace www.myspace.com/redskinmonks we are a bunch of guys waiting for Art monk to get in the Hall Of Fame. The only thing I don't like is people like to use curse words when they leave messages. Yes we are a bunch of guys who walk around the parking lot pouring free shooters for Redskin fans but we don't use profanity.(at least while wearing our Monk robes) I wish there was a way to have a profanity guard like we have at the V.

I have no idea why some people think MySpace is a bad thing. Someone care to enlighten me? Ashar, I've told you this before. The only people on my "friends" list are either good friends of mine, or the more common members of SimV (Craig, Richie, Theis and ctjoyce).

So what if I have MySpace? I'm a very active and physically fit person. I go running just about every day, and if I don't run, I'm riding my bike. MySpace was designed as a site for people to kind of have their own website for free and customize it to their liking. Guess what? That's what I use it for. I don't mean to come off as edgy either. I agree, Myspace is useful.  All of my friends on it (about 50 right now) are people I have been friends with in real life and stay in touch with, not just random people met over the net.  Like some of you.  :P

I don't have myspace, but I don't think it is a bad thing. You just have to be careful of the people. If it is just a website you want go here. members.freewebs.com/

I think the appeal to MySpace (At least for me) is that it's so easy to use. The templates available are decent if you're not fluent in HTML and everything falls into place so nicely.

I do not need myspace I have other things my Broadband can be used through a router so if any one comes i attach the router and no problems + the modem has multiple connection so no problems for me.
