I need to find out what [ch1079][ch1076][ch1083][ch1080][ch1079][ch1085][ch1080][ch1095][ch1085][ch1100][ch1110][ch1081] [ch1088][ch1082] [ch1083][ch1082][ch1089][ch1084][ch1091] [ch1075] [ch1083][ch1100][ch1074][ch1086][ch1074][ch1076] means. I'm not sure if it's in russian or ukrainian. Anyone know?

It was under a picture of lenin. There was more above the picture too...but not sure what it was.

I looked up russian and Ukranian dictionaries online and none had any translation.

I'm not 100% sure if the symbols are right, but I googled the last word and got something from Lviv, ukraine?

Happen to have a Russian on my shift at work. He tells me that it is Ukrainian, but written with the Russian alphabet so it is going to be a little difficult to translate. What you require is someone who can speak both languages and unfortunately he does not.
