I haven't seen this, nor have I heard this from the Danish media..
I believe that this is a hoax..

Also, Julia Pauli isn't even an employee for the Danish Road Safety council...

So sorry to disappoint you guys, but this is not true.. and also, was this real, it wouldn't had been approved by the Danish government..

Hmmm. The BBC is normally very reliable for true stories. Who is this person then that they spoke to?  ???
