I happen to like American baseball caps.  Not as a fashion statement, but quite useful to keep the sun out of my eyes.  I don't see a downside to them.  If you prefer another style of cap, wear it.  I too would like to heard from Fozzer.

..lol..thanks dc.......I never go anywhere without my baseball cap...top quality ones only though (Marks and Sparks)..none of your freebie advertising rubbish...oh no! ;)

.....sun shade, (bald) head protector and best of all it annoys the chavs who think only they are entitled to wear 'em..... :P........commoner :P :D

I was thinking it's probably pretty close to what Foz had in mind. I can't wait for him to enlighten us. :D

Alex....

He sometimes pops down from Yorkshire in his fancy car, wearing that daft Cap (worn by Americans when they are watching/playing their daft game of Baseball), and helps to mow the grass in my back garden... ;)...!

Now you know... ;D...!

Paul... 8)...!

Note: Gotta = Got to.

P.S. My brain-box is kept comfortably warm and protected by my good old-fashioned English Flat Cap....;)...!

Yorkshire! One of the best counties in the UK methinks  ;D! And the chav problem's not too bad up here either.

I think you've got to take into account your definition of a 'chav'. For me, it's less about dress sense and more about attitude. If they litter/start random fights/damage property/go joyriding etc. while following the 'am I bovvered' mentality, they're pretty much the definition of chav imo.

Going shopping with Fozzer must be an interesting experience. ::)
A more seniour man in years Commoner doesn't appear so threatening as a young man of 19 like me.

And after 10 minutes of thinking about what Fozzer could make up so horribly wrong out of baseball cap I suddenly realised.  :-/
