Gotcha... so she's not really a chav, then... (not really a "she", either, apparently!)...I was just teasing. ;D

The whole "chav" thing seems like the ultimate expression of... something. It's almost universal, too.
I mean, we have that sort of thing here, too... reminds me of P.J. Farmer's Riders of the Purple Wage... :D

An interesting story about UK teenagers...

http://www.emailthis.clickability.com/e ... 1998690341

If it doesn't work, it's a CNN report on how UK teenagers are apparently the worst behaved teenagers around.  You little punks you, although, this certainly doesnt describe anyone here, doest it? ;D ;)

Chavs are a vile and unwanted social 'class', the vast majority of these people contribute nothing to society and take plenty away, I'm not amused by them in any way, if that sounds harsh, that's because I'm heartily sick of some of the stuff I've seen this type do.

You guys should be celebrating.  Once something is considered "cool" by the mainstream, it loses credibility and will be on its way out in a few months ;)

Where I live (South London) the word "Chav" used to have a different meaning.. Late 80's we used to use it all the time to describe somebody we didn't know.. Ie: "Who was that chavvy?" or "Did you see that chavvy who was there last week?"
Apparently it's a Rommany thing... slang and all that, however I'm not a Gipsy, and nor are my mates.. ::) but a lot of people from around here (Mitcham/Morden) still use it..
Chav... It's SO yesterday...  ;)  ;D

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

...comm.... ;)...!

I can just about tolerate your American cap, as long as you don't wear it back-to-front....
...wave your hands, and say "Respect", at every opportunity.... >:(...!

LOL... ;D...!

My usual attire when entering Mr. Sainsbury's Grocery Emporium are my motorcycle leathers, but they have got used to my usual outrageous activities, and humour, so they always welcome me in....
...knowing that I am going to empty my weekly Pension into their tills... ;)...!

Paul...(I hate American Baseball caps. They always remind me of something)...;)...!

BOGOF.....unfortunately, it doesn't apply to the lovely check-out ladies.... :'(...!
