Chavs will only become cool when people actually think they are. At the moment chavs are still the scum of the earth. :P ;D

I never dress like one - but I do find that if I walk into a shop with just a baseball cap on I arouse the security.

On saturday I walked into Morrisons after my tennis (a food superstore) with my rucksack on my back (!!) with tennis stuff in and my tennis racket on my shoulder. I was in my tennis clothing with my cap on. The security followed me round and round the shop and even spoke to me asking me something! :o I hated being suspected as a thief and I never wear a baseball cap except at tennis. I suppose I may have looked a prime suspect for shoplifting, but I thought all my tennis gear would be a bit of a giveaway.

Well I couldn't give a pair of fetted dingo's kidneys what 'Vogue' has to say on the issue - Chav's, along with their unsociable attitude & infantile mentality are scum of the earth, always were, always will be.

Cheers,

Everything gets commodified and mainstreamed in the end... You can see grannies around here with tattoos and one pants leg rolled up... :D

BTW, who (and/or what) the heck is Vicky Pullock (It is Pullock; right- or is it Pillock?)? She looks like the Berenstein Bears' troubled cousin from the city, or something... ;D

It says chav fashion - made famous by the likes of Catherine Tate, Little Britain's Vicky Pollard  - has clung on to its top spot in the fashion stakes.
??? Their taking the piss out of the chavs... how does that make them look good.. ?

As for package holidays, they are now deemed cool because Club Med has opened a luxurious resort in Phuket, Thailand.
- anyone see anything wrong with this.. ? apart from the average chav isnt going to be able to afford a holiday to Thailand... Its "Club Med" as in mediterranean.. .since when has Thailand been in the mediterranean??

Vicky Pollock is one of the characters in Little Britain and is a scary (but rather accurate) portrail of a working class inner-city type teenage girl...

I speak for the vast majority when I say that chavs will NEVER be cool. :-/

The day chavs become cool is the day that pigs fly (under their own strength, not being fired out of a cannon etc ;D)
