Hagar its doing a great Job

Thanks but I'm fighting a losing battle. I can deal with the basics as they haven't changed but I'm handicapped by working with the FSX Demo. I won't be able to support FSX properly as there's no way it will run any sense on my machine. In fact most people know more than me about FS9 these days.

I still don't know too much about it

I know you deperately want to help but it might be best not to say too much until you do. ;)

.......You are so right Hagar......we can all help with the basics but the truth is Alrot that NO ONE yet is an expert on the new sim and so can't say too much. Guessing at the answer to new problems thrown at us in profusion by FSX will do nobody any good and can only confuse.Time alone will bring out new EXPERTS and we all will have to find the answers for ourselves first before offering advice.Certainly no amount of running around in circles like headless chickens will make FSX into the sim we all want.........Remember the old Chinese proverb by Confucious...

" If you know  then say you KNOW....If you don't know then say you DON'T KNOW.....THAT'S wisdom."

...............commoner. :-/

BTW Alrot, I for one just love your English...... ;)

As much as I would love to help, I'm kinda stuck halfway around the world from my desktop computer. So when I get back home in a year, all of you will be experts and will be able to help me out ;D
