Cell Phone as TV Clicker?

Postby Threadkiller » Sat Oct 28, 2006 10:48 pm

well, our clicker kicked the bucket a few days ago, and no none of my roomies wants to take responsibility for it...either way, i heard that you can make the cellphone work as a clicker, but i cant find info on how... i have a Nokia 6101 (i think) and it has infrared and bluetooth (i kno you need infrared for the remote trick)

does anyone know how to do this or where to find information about it?

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Most PDAs with a IrDA port can be used for that, but most PDAs can't be used as a cellphone....
