Has the guy never heard of an autopilot? :P Surely you wouldn't think of landing that without one in those conditions.

Actually when it's excessively windy is exactly the time you DONT use the autopilot ;) (it can't keep up in high winds)

Not to mention that in all conditions, the AP is uncoupled as you clear the fence, even if it has autoland capability.
