Why not quit the beer altogether? Save a ton of money on top of getting healthy.

Just wondered if any fellow Simviation members have any other tips/experiences for me?

), try to run at least 3 times a week, and I absolutely love the feeling of getting back after a good workout, it's usually pure hell while I'm running or something, but afterwards, I sleep better, feel better, and do better on my homework and just feel motivated to get things done, and that's a feeling I love. It's also important to eat right though, and I've cut back on the frozen pizza (staple of the college student diet) and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and organic foods and less of the really fatty, greasy food (every now and then though is alright ;D).

Works well for meI'll pretend you didn't say that.

Hey Beefhole, are you going to the Academy, or are you going ROTC or enlisted?
(I've talked to the wing commander there)

Works well for me![]()

The fact you have the positive attitude is definatly the most important thing. You dont seem to be seeing as a chore which is why most people quit. Good on ya.Why not quit the beer altogether? Save a ton of money on top of getting healthy.

If I could get into the academy, I'd go. As of right now it's looking like ROTC at Penn State(I've talked to the wing commander there)
