Golf (except in Australia where it IS an extreme sport)

in fact almost any sport that gets on telly... with the exception of motor racing and the Red Bull Air Race series!

Climbing
Parachuting
Bungee Jumping
Running over little old ladies
Running (yup time to lose weight AGAIN!)
Boxing (on muggers and shoplifters only, that said the last shoplifter I encountered I hit with my shopping trolley)

I love tennis and snooker and enjoy football, but never get to play it. Swimming, darts and cycling are also cool.

I like sailing. The sport of kings. ( I know horse racing likes to claim that title, but when was the last time a member of the royal family raced in the Grand National?)


Other than that they're all a waste of time inless you can drink beer at the same time.

Which means I play Pool as well.

Please note, these are my "spectator" sports. The only sport I participate in these days is "Pintlifting" (Of which i'm the reigning South London/Surrey Champion  ;D ) and lawnmowing... which I'm still an amateur at..

The only sport I have any interest in, is the Tour de France which just happens to be on at the moment  ;D  I'm not fanatical, but I'll watch it.  I may also watch a few minutes of F1 now and then, if I spot it while channel surfing, just because the cars make nice eye candy.  Other than that...

Hate it, detest it, despise it, and have a low opinion of those who build their lives around watching it.  Don't they have anything better to do?  Can't they do something more constructive like, I don't know, playing flight sims or making posts on internet forums?
