Chatting at Waddington

Postby town » Mon Jul 03, 2006 1:39 pm

Talking and giving advice on our stall at Waddington. I was surprised how many people come here for the free downloads but never used the forums to introduce themselves and pick the brains of some of the exceptionally knowledgeable people here. Forgive me if you get a massive inflx of newbies asking questions because I told them that the people on Simviation are the nicest most helpful forum group I have ever come across.

(Bottom licking over)  ;)

Ramos! I've only been telling you about Skysim for about 6 months now. Unfortunately we are not doing any shows on your side of the pond yet (but who knows given time). Keep up with it man :)

I must have gone past every stall whilst I was busy getting the static aircraft in the 'box' (whilst fighting to get those damn barriers out of the shot!), I never once saw the Skysim stand, where was it? ???

I saw the stand, but was probably more intent in getting to see the RF-4C ;D

It was on the opposite end to the car park!  Didn't help that I got shunted into the very far corner of the car park either  >:(  My feet were killing me after the third time around the show!

We should do this with SimV too (Making a stand/stall, not trying to get the message into Ramos's head ;D )
