::) Methinks thy eyes fail thee, Paul (whose name, by the way, means"little" ). If you look closely at the old lady, she doesn't have proper corrective lenses and she's squinting; she's under the assumption that she's holding the caricature of a thumb and has somehow managed to point it in the proper direction for such.
