Well according to a survey a while back in America you have 1 lawyer for every 200 people, in Japan in is for every 11,000. Japanese people can be so sensible 8)

That's because the other 10,800 Americans don't need them. ;D 8)

I had an American student here a couple of years ago and he was sued by his neighbour for accidentally cutting some of their grass! Now me being me I'd have chucked him a few extra bucks and got him to do my garden for me ;D

Well I only heard his version, but over $200 for a couple of square inches of cut grass proves to me that the "Sue 'em" culture is totally potty!
