A couple of men in black suits sporting some shades* came to my house today saying that I have a secret plane** waiting to take me to some unkown place. I asked why, they didn't say anything. However I did notice a case of marmalade siting in their car***

;D

*Their names consisted of only one letter of the alphabet.
**Must be anti-graviton powered.
***The car was a Ford P.O.S. ;D

let me ask you this though, "if we are alone in the universe wouldn't it make it a lonely place to be"?

Yes.

Now what the hell does that have anything to do with the existence of aliens.

I'm not starting an aliens do/don't exist thing, I'm pointing out that it's pretty freaking stupid to use phrases such as this.

Sorry, I just get real tired of people never knowing how to properly argue something.  Sorry to use you as an example Nemo, I know you probably didn't intend anything but I siezed the opportunity.

ON the topic of Area 51, my father and I think they're storing most of America's gold down there - in Fort Knox, you Americans keep your gold (that is right, isn't it?) - but my father is adament that Fort Knox is too small to hold all of the gold to equal the money that America prints (or something like that, as I remember being told that to print money you have to have gold to work out how much money one conutry can print of something wierd like that, could someone please correct me? i'm pretty sure I'm wrong), so there has to be another place to store it all. Most of Area 51 is probably underground, thus allowing for the room that is needed while not being seen by others.

Just a little theory :D

The thing I've always found odd abot Area 51 is not the alien stuff, or government secrets, but the fact that it's the only place with the name "Area". You never hear about other "Areas" like "Area 43" or "Area 6". Where are the other Areas? :P

Fozzer, "You dont want to finish up in the Funny Farm with the UFO spotters...
Nemo, "think i might already be there Paul  :-*
You are already here. 8)

* I reckon the blokes from Alpha Centauri have already got that problem recognised....
...and they, as sensible chaps, are staying at home...;)...!
Hmn... which is more interesting? How you would know that they were sensible... or that you imply their existance to begin with. :o 8)

Just ask Hagar about it. He was there when it happened!
We've been over this before -- we just reverted to over a year ago when I had my upstart, oops :-[, start up here. Hagar admitted to having been the man in the moon, he'd eaten up all of the green cheese and we rescued him with our moon mission.
Sheesh... how quickly they forget. ::) 8)

Hush... All the secrets you've wanted to know are at Area 51 -- there are no other areas. Area 51 is hung on a long chain, swinging, keep your eyes on it... you are getting very sleepy... 8)

Nothing there but toxic waste since they closed it in the late 1990's and moved the works to Utah.

That was a funny "rumor" started in Popular Mechanics or some other such magazine back in the 90's.
