Not really James. They might be potentially harmful activities but neither is immoral or illegal to my knowledge. It takes a lot to shock me but I've never heard anything quite as offensive as what these people are allegedly doing.

That aspect of it is not so new over here. There have been both genders over here charged with spreading it on purpose because somebody had already passed it on to them without revealing that they had it.

Maybe it'd be better to read a researched article rather than speculate ourselves on something which most of us know less than nothing about.

You may still disagree, not believe it, whatever, but this so far is not an informed debate. In fact it doesn't even set a premise about which we could debate.
Read the link, follow the other links, research it yourself, form an opinion, but like Jimbo I don't think this is benefiting anyone so far.

I think what beefhole is saying is your missing the point.  There are people out there who fantasize about things that seem wrong.  Its the same thing with those people who like to injure themselves.  There is always a small minority of people out there who desire something that to the rest of the population seems crazy...and I think this is one the those cases.  I'm sure there can be many causes for this-but I don't know what they are.
