Blimey! I didn't know that you could traverse the Bering Straights on foot... :o...!

I have difficulty rustling up enough enthusiasm to walk to my nearest 'bus stop... ::)..!

I knew it was possible. It had the yanks a tad worried during the cold war, 100 miles of solid, passable ice connecting them to their enemy.

Not many do it on foot though, and it's not advisable to go in August. ;D
