I doubt that!

Most IQ tests can measure up to around 180.
If a person has an IQ in that range, tests are no longer a good way of distinguishing between people. Then it's necessary look at what the person has actually accomplished, to properly decide the IQ number.

However highest possible IQ is virtually unlimited. Lets say a 2 year old kid has the mental ability of 20 year old, the IQ would be well over 1000! But this obviously has never happened yet..
