Hm. I often speak to inanimate objects, and not always kindly. I have also pounded on my keyboard a few times. The keys often fly right off the thing, but you just stick them back on and it works fine (my old work laptop running Win2000-badly: somewhat different story... ).
But I'd be very unlikely to do so with a camera right there recording me.. I really, really doubt he didn't know the camera was there... so maybe he's acting. Or maybe he didn't know it was on.

Or he could just be another sugar-maddened freakazoid kid...
