A friend of mine asked me what star trek was, so I asked if she knew who spock was, or Captain Kirk. To my amazement i have meet the first person that never heard of either. Someone get me on life support I think im in shock

Uh... that's "live long and prosper". It's the only part. And don't forget the hand thing.

Wrong, Star Trek 4 talking to Serek at the End they start Peace and Long life. This can also been seen in Unifaction Part 2 and on a few episodes of Voyager

now im only 18, and everyone except her knows what it is. I just cant really belive this, its amazing, i mean i know ppl dont watch it, but to say you never heard of the all time most popular scifi is loony

The only good thing to ever come out of Star Trek is "resistance is futile". ;D Or was it even Star Trek?  Didn't this have to do with some borg?

Yes taht was the borg, from TNG 2nd season episode Q Who. and Jean Luc Picard is the bald guy.
