I have been thinking about how we can make Britain competetive in the Olymics.

We are rubbish at the summer games because let's face it we don't get a summer.  We are worse at the winter games because the country grinds to a halt with just one inch of snow.

We have to start the "Grey Start with Rain later" games containg only sports that we will be good at and in this way we might win some medals.
Who switched the lights off?
