Time to separate the men from the boys!

Postby Omag 2.0 » Thu Jan 19, 2006 9:53 am

I recently had a serious discussion about this one, but for me it's snooker all the way... Pool is on a small table, with large balls and thick cues... I like it more refined...  ;D  ;D  ;D

But that's just me... so, anyone?

Give me a pool table anytime.  I think this poll depends on how many of us Americans chime in as we don't play snooker. At least not many of us.

I'd love to practise on a full sized table. ::)

Anyone hear like darts while we are at pub games? I love them too. 8)

Yeah, we always traditionally had ours on the shed door. Unfortunately there isn't room in the shed to stand so we have to play outside with the door open. Then the elements attacks us so it is only a summer game. I hope to take it to uni mind you as it will be a cheap, fun game to have and the "flat" I'll stay in has loads of spare rooms. 8)

I still haven't got 180 though. :P I got 140 a few times, I thnk 160 once, but nothing higher.

Pool for me. I can barely comprehend the rules of snooker while sober so when drunk, no chance. I can play pool no matter what state I'm in though performance drops of remarkably around the four pint mark. ;D

I thought it was just football you hated Paul (oh and Craig for posting the NFL scores ;))?

You don't like tennis? Wern't you sad to see Andy and Timmers get kicked out of Melbourne first round on the news? :P

Cricket? Surely that's for you. All the old folks enjoy a cricket match!

I can understand why you don't like pool and snooker. What abotu darts? No balls there.  ;D ;)
