Almost positive that it was the NC-4.  The Vimy may have been the first nonstop

I always understood that the Vickers Vimy was the first aircraft to cross the Atlantic in 1919. Maybe this was the first non-stop crossing.

Captain John Alcock and Lieutenant Arthur Whitten Brown, in a modified Vimy IV they made the first non-stop aerial crossing of the Atlantic. They took off from Lester's Field, near St. Johns, Newfoundland on June 14,1919. They landed June 15,1919 at Clifden in Ireland. The time for the crossing was sixteen hours, and twenty seven minutes.

The NC-4 was the first aircraft to fly across the Atlantic Ocean. In May of 1919 the NC-4, a United States Navy flying boat made the crossing over 19 days with multiple stops along the way.

Yes, the NC-4 crossing can hardly be considered an achievement in the same way at the Vimy flight...
