No doubt most of you have heard about this mag. 7+ quake; just felt it merited mention here... the latest death toll is alarming. It's hard to comprehend something like this.

I hope I never experience another earthquake bigger then 6.9 again :o

It's nealy winter up there... temperature drops to -20C or worse at night

Never had the "pleasure" myself; hope I never do.  From what I hear, it's very unpleasant, even if nothing bad happens to you.
