Good for you Ashar ;)
I can manage English, Hungarian, I'm a bit rusty at Dutch and I know enough French, German, Russian, Czech/Slovak, Malay, Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian, Italian, Arabic, and Irish Gaelic to get dinner and beer (which is fluency of a sort) ;D

I've always thought with my stomach, so during my travels the first things I always learn are the phrases "A beer please" and "A hamburger and chips please" ;D For me that is fluency!
As for the Hungarian, well I live here. And the Dutch I learnt as I spent 18 months going through Dutch girlfriends and I spent every weekend and holiday in Holland, so I spoke reasonably good Dutch, I haven't used it for years though (all my Dutch friends speak such excellent English :-[)

So what is Latin-American? Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or a combination of all three?

No, that's white people. Latin-Americans have more native american influence.

Thanks for the answer. I've never been to South America so I can't argue. I wasn't trying to be clever, I was simply curious. I always understood that the language Native Americans speak was influenced by whichever European country the original settlers (conquerers/explorers/missionaries, call them what you like) they came into contact with came from. For example, a large part of North America was settled by people from Britain (the Pilgrim Fathers) so the local natives in that area would end up speaking a form of English. Others might speak French or a form of it. Various parts of South America were settled by people from Spain, Portugal or Italy. Countries like Mexico were highly influenced by settlers from Spain so I assume their native language is now Spanish. South America is sometmes known as Latin-America but I had no idea there would be a separate language known as Latin or Latin-American. Perhaps Felix can help out here. ???
