This was introduced here not long ago. I thought it was already in force anyway. I've never actually seen any passport photos with anyone smiling on them. ::)

LMAO, I was in a local state drivers license office getting my license renewed. There was this guy sitting trying to get his picture done for his license. The examiner was getting ill at the man for having this stupid look on his face. His wife popped up and said, "Ummm, sir, that's how he looks normally. He's always looked like a dumbass." To this the entire room exploded in laughter and the man even smiled at which time the examiner snapped his picture.  ;D
