You know them god-games where you toss your troops around and make them do all sorts of wicked stuff? That's what I am aiming for! Complete control!

Forget it. That's my job!

You know, there is a game coming out called Stargate: The Alliance. With me being interested, I might find myself traveling through stargates, battling against the Go'auld all across the galaxy and fighting off the Orii and their priors. ;D

Just for my own interest what are the requirements?
And anyway whats wong with glasses/contact lesnes?

Certainly the military take on it (for pilot and most aircrew) in the UK is that if your eyesight's very good to start with it can't degrade too badly over time, whereas someone who needs corrective lenses (ie has less then perfect eyesight) may degrade more. Once your in the service you can wear glasses as much as you need to (within reason)...

Having said that, Laser eye surgery has long been a no-no, although I believe they may allow it sometime in the not too distant future before joining the services...

PS. When I was 12 I was flying F-15 Strike Eagle III and AV-8B Harrier Assault. I'm not there yet but I'm well on the way! :)

I'm pertty sure I can get a commission into any branch of military...but I don't know wether or not they'll let me fly...I tend to be alittle reckless... :P

...but anyway...if all goes to plan, I'm gonna spend like a decade in the military (either as a pilot...or something crazy, like a sniper or special forces...I am not going to war with a bunch of undertrained pussies that are gonna get my ass shot off :P)...

...and spend the next like 30 years as a aeronautics engineer...and then be a stunt pilot :P (cuz by then, my parents are gonna be dead and there won't be anyone to stop me ::))

Two bits of advice. Firstly i wouldn't go in to a recruiter saying that;) Secondly you wanna be in the special forces you have to spend at least two years as one of those untrained servicemen. True special forces get their basic skills from regular military service first and are then given further skills and training after. Its well known a civilian wouldn't last on the courses they use for true special forces. As far as i am aware the US only really have one dedicated special ops team and thats the Delta Force who take alot of their stuff from the SAS course. The next would be the Navy SEAL's who do have direct entry from civvie life but its not advisable, and again they are really just marines with a little more training much like our Royal marines. dont quote me on this but i believe Delta force require 4 years army service. If you do, go that route think carefully first because not only is it tough physically, but the stuff they do to you in training can screw a person up in the head big time.

A bra salesman...  ;D

*Kevin*

Hello ma'am, are interested in buying these bras at a bargain price of ours?

*Woman*

Of course.

*Kevin*

Would you like to try it now?

*Woman*

Yes. One second.

*Woman takes off her shirt and then her bra in front of Kevin*

;D

I doubt that job would exist. ;D
