1-0

I knew they'd pull this one off. Good one guys! Favre looked nice too which a GREAT sign!

And I wanted to know if any of you saw the interview with T.O. and Drew Rosenhaus at halftime. All I can say is that they're both BABIES!!!!!!!!!

Didn't see TO's interview, but i am 70% certain he wont be playing any football this year. And i for one am glad, its about time a coach stood his ground, i am no eagles fan but Reid has my respect. And TO's constant team bashing, he can forget ever making the hall of fame. Its a shame such talent was wasted on an ass like Owens.

I'm obliged to agree Craig-except for the not playing part.  I'm only about 50/50 there.  But I just don't see how TO would think that Reid would've budged-he's not that kind of guy.

Like you said, it really is a shame, TO is the best reciever in the league, but only skill-wise ::)

Owens has said he would be a disruption if he doesnt get his new contract, now we know Reid wont budge on this, hopefully the Eagles owner wont either, so having him on the team would be a bad idea. If TO was smart he would play this season, do his best and get out of town and head to the land of forgotten nobodies that is Oakland, next season. He and Randy Moss can argue then over who had a better chance of winning a superbowl while being on a team that will never see a playoff place again. ::)

I think TO will play this season, but maybe not the first few games and certainly not during the preseaon.  I think it is sickening that he things he deserves a larger contract after one year.  What is even worse was he refered to himself as a "team player" because he played in the Super Bowl.  The whole thing is just sad.

So what does he call himself for his criticism of everyone except himself when they lost? I thought teams win together and loose together, silly me.  ::) When you consider that the Patriots no d-lineman scheme has stopped TO every time he faced it i'd like to know why he wasn't more productive there. Or how about why he couldn't do more to win the game. I mean if it's all about TO shouldn't that have meant he should have beaten the Patriots alone. ::)

He could've beaten the Patriots alone, if their stupid defense hadn't shown up. ::)
